- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was suppose to receive a certified letter, well the mailman never even attempted to ring the door bell, but had time to fill out the slip. Called the 800 # to reschedule @ 4pm that same day for the next day, as I have no way to get to the office myself. Well he didn't have it. So I called this office, the lady was rude and Acted like she didnt want to do her job. Well she told me she'd have some1 bring it to me.....that was 3 days ago. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆According to the door they are open until 6. I went to pick up a package. I parked, making eye contact with an employee at 5:45 (by Verizon time) as I walked in he proceeded to close and lock the doors and shutters over the counter with a smirk on his face. The time was 5:46. I was forced to return the following day for my package. To this day I still do not know why it wasn't just delivered to my house.By Jeremy S., January 30, 2017
